"In 2008, the City of Riverside hired William P. Malone to manage the Fox Theater. Since then, it has been proven that Malone has failed to efficiently manage the FOX at a huge loss to the City's taxpayers.

"Malone has been arrogant and dismissive to both the public and the press. The signs were evident when at the FOX grand opening, Malone banned the local press from covering the event.

"The City should have taken notice then, and ultimately take responsibility for hiring an inept operational manager like William P. Malone.
